LAW

When we have a conversation with our friends, family, relatives or lecturers about law most of us will think about :

1.The court

2. The statute

3. The lawyers

4. The punishment

And many more. This is our community stigma. I bet all of us have the thinking stigma even me when i was a little girl. However, at this time i realise one thing. Law isn't evolve around the court, the statute, and even among the community of lawyers and judges.

Law in our daily life can be practiced by obeying the law.

It is okay. That is a way to practice law in your life.

As we all know, in court, there is a judge or there are judges hearing the case trial. How the judge or judges decide the case?

By hearing both sides story, the defendant and the appellant. Thus, the judge can make fair judgment.

The same goes to us. Our daily life.

For example, when we are in the middle of dispute parties, we have to hear from each sides. The judgment should never be one-sided. In reality, especially in political matters, it is unethical to judge someone from which party he or she is, if A in that party, he or she is a bad person, while, if B in this party he or she is a good person.

Unfair.

The ability to be moderate in choosing for something and not to go for the extreme part would enable us to think maturely. But this article does not intended only for political judgment or view. It can be applied when we are in the state of choosing the best for our life.

Was our beloved prophet Muhammad taught us this 1400 years ago?

JUDGE FOR THE BEST AND FAIR FOR YOUR LIFE.....:-)

"LAW ISN'T JUST BLACK AND WHITE, IT'S GREY "
